Only after approval of the general interior layout and freezing the design concepts, we start on the working drawings which include,addition /alteration layout, flooring, false ceiling, electrical, carpentry drawings.
Every effort is taken to complete the total working drawings set as per work progress.
After completion of basic working drawings and material finishes, we are able to draw an approximate estimate.
We obtain, on your behalf, quotations from various contractors and suppliers for their work or supply.
Every effort is taken by us to complete the work within the scheduled time by coordination between contractors/agencies/ suppliers and client.
Our firm bears no responsibility for any changes in drawings on site by the client without our knowledge.
Our firm shall issue a PAYMENT VOUCHER to the contractors /suppliers as per work progress /value of supplied goods.
In case of specialized services are to be taken up for the interior designing of the said premises the same shall be appointed and paid directly by your kind self. This shall be independent of our professional fees.
The professional fees for designing, supervising, and executing the interior work of the said premises shall be actual on the total cost of the project.
